Our Accommodation
Frank Phillips House
A modern House which has the benefit of being built on one level and so provides ground-floor rooms with ensuite facilities.
St Margaret’s House
This imposing House is situated in the thriving area of Leigh-on-Sea with its Old Town and tourist attractions.
St George’s House
This is a purpose-built House which provides an ‘at-home’ feel’ with modern, comfortable surroundings for its 25 Residents.
Volunteering with us
Volunteers play a major role in Avocet and giving your time as a Volunteer can be one of the most satisfying ways of making a difference to other people’s lives.
Becoming a Volunteer with Avocet Care & Support will be a rewarding experience as there are many ways in which our Volunteers can make a difference to the daily lives of Residents – from providing much-needed companionship to getting involved in a House Committee, or even becoming a Trustee.
